MindSeekers is a certified minority-owned temporary staffing and placement business that specializes in recruitment of the very best and brightest business professionals. We have business since 2000. We can service the needs of all companies, from small start–ups to large Fortune 500 corporations.

MindSeekers uses a three-prong approach to build long-term relationships with our clients. First, we meet with our customers to develop a strong understanding of their history, structure, operations and environment. A vital component of our business is meeting with managers and key executives regarding current and/or future hiring needs. This information also enables us to clearly understand the key components of the job/position and identify qualified candidates.

The second step is our evaluation process, which is in place to gather additional information on each potential candidate we work with. Whenever possible, we meet all candidates personally and have them complete a detailed questionnaire covering their background and qualifications.

The final step in our process is a comprehensive reference and background check of each potential candidate.
